What makes you a strong team?

We are three experienced managers who combine extensive expertise in, and passion for, diversity management, media and communication management and digitalisation. Together with the organisations we founded, female.vision e.V. and Platform 3l GmbH, we have the technical and specialist expertise needed to implement our project idea.  

Explain your idea in three sentences.

With ‘EdTech for Diversity in AI’, we want to show how an AI-based learning platform can be used to teach skills for the diversity-sensitive introduction of human-centred digital applications/AI across the board, with a low barrier to entry. This enables digital applications, such as those increasingly used in HR, to be brought into organisational and corporate practice in a transparent, sustainable and user-friendly manner.

What makes your idea special?

Our project idea is a practical and easy-to-use solution with which we can develop the necessary skills for the diversity-sensitive introduction of human-centred digital applications across the board. This is made possible by offering digital training packages embedded in a multi-award-winning AI-based learning platform.

What’s next?

The next step is to flesh out our project idea. We are planning to develop an initial training package as a prototype. This will enable us to show the possibilities offered by the AI-based learning platform for imparting knowledge and arouse curiosity about the skills needed for the diversity-sensitive introduction of human-centred digital applications.
